ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

not from my previous expeience. although it does depend on what has been updated. looking at this update i would either wait or start a new game under 1.12

The next logical question is:

I only ask because it seems that everyone is eager for a new motto, and as it stands we have plenty of suggestions. We can start by eliminating some of them we definitely won't use. Here's what we are going to do:

Everyone picks three out of what is there so far. Write them down in one post. That way we eliminate some. Then at a later date, when everyone is satisified with at least one we will vote. Each person gets one vote to pick the one they like. The one with the most votes is the new motto. Everyone else that got votes will go onto file in case we want to get a new one at a later date.

I vote for:

"Moral principles are idle fantasies"
"Pain is pleasure"

When voting is called by the Emperor, then all Evil empire Senators get 10 votes while overlords have 5 votes to cast. Use of the votes is at the discretion of the overlord. All votes can be for one particular icon/motto or split between many.

Voting finishes when Emperor has had enough.

Outsiders get one vote only in time frame.

how about this, everyone posts 3 favorites, and when that is done, we will see what happens.

anyways, we can change our motto as often as we want, so if we come up with 5 good ones, then it simply means that we got enough mottos for the next 5 updates.

hairy - i believe that there is a limit to the number of characters you can use on empire description and it isnt very many! might be wrong but have this nagging feeling(other than my wife
