It gives me great pleasure to Announce that the reconciliation and merger of the ANZACs and The Australian Republic is now Complete, NeverNever has signed all the merger Documentation and it has been Accepted by all those in the Australian Republic. The Documentation Signing was witnesed by many other Citizens of the Metaverse. It's like a who's who of the metaverse here tonight.

We still havn't decided on a flag but we are sure that we will come to a solution soon

It is a tremendous honour to be the emperor who has successfully inspired, negotiated and signed with the emperor of the Australian Republic this historic Document to bring the whole of Old Australia and NewZealand back together. {BlueSteel Shakes the Hand of Never Never for the press to take a photo)

Hi guys, I was away for a couple of days ... packing. I just got a new job and I have to move. I start Monday. I do not have access to the net so you will not be seeing anything from me until the weekends.

Cotal congrates on your 200K. Could you do me a favour? I am desperately trying to figure out how people get the high scores. Can you send me 3 or 4 game saves so that I can figure out what you are doing? (start of game, about 1/3 of game, 3/4 of game and the end game). [email protected] . It would be greatly appreciated.

Cotal, you talked about terror stars. Are you actually using them to blow up stars? Or as moving culture bombers ?

Even though I do not like the new scoring system, I will be posting my scores. Ray and many other people including the ANZACs talked me into it.

Can you give a timeline of what stages your games are in. For example, Colinization xxxx-yyyy, tech rush yyyy-zzzz, alpha striking blah blah to endgame. The fact that you are finishing a Gigantic by 2210 is unfathomable to me.

Colonization is usually between 2178 and 2183. Rest of 80s is spent building up my economy and attacking AIs. In my last Maso Huge Common game which I just submitted, I finished researching Overlord at 2192 and Final Frontier and game by 2196.~SDC~

Newfy . . . good luck with your new job, a change is as good as a holiday. In regards to your querry about terror stars the answer I guess is both. Basicaly if it doesn't flip I send out a detail of 10 constructors upgrading the facility into a Terror Star to destroy the system (ruthless I know).

Bakka... From your Calculations.. Can you tell me many battles / month the anzacs have played from my empire stats... and the scores scored in those months ?


Jeff,never-never,anyone else, Sorry I have yet to work out a place for your character in my stories.. Maybe the "Jeff: Quiet Achiever" "Never-never: a placid,shy,quiet, strong type.. that lets his conquests do the talking" as you have yet to let your metaverse personality shine.. I base all my stories on what has happened in the metaverse.. and what ppl say in the metaverse.. I havn't intensionaly left you or anyone else out.. I just need a personality to work with. I pick up this personality through your posts..

Thanks Bakka .. I do read that thread :) I was hoping that you'd gone further back.. I'm currently in planning stages for an empire/player score keeper / analyser / calculator .. I'd be very interested in find out how you pull the data out of the web pages into your spreadsheet.. (is it just copy and paste ? or have you written a parser/filter)

Hehe . . . The first games I ever played with any interest or success were . . . Sim City, Black and White and Net Hack 3.4 which I still haven't conquered (doh!). I like GC because I can leave it running most the time since it's turn based (no gosu skill required). My favorite all time game I think is Empire Earth which I still play alot.

Bakka we all really appreciate your stats . . . now if I could just figure out what they mean . . . j/k . . . great job yet again! :D
