It gives me great pleasure to Announce that the reconciliation and merger of the ANZACs and The Australian Republic is now Complete, NeverNever has signed all the merger Documentation and it has been Accepted by all those in the Australian Republic. The Documentation Signing was witnesed by many other Citizens of the Metaverse. It's like a who's who of the metaverse here tonight.

We still havn't decided on a flag but we are sure that we will come to a solution soon

It is a tremendous honour to be the emperor who has successfully inspired, negotiated and signed with the emperor of the Australian Republic this historic Document to bring the whole of Old Australia and NewZealand back together. {BlueSteel Shakes the Hand of Never Never for the press to take a photo)

Arobertson! Um, hi there . . . are you taking a sabatical too? We really need to open a few more coffee shops around here in the ANZAC Republicans to cope with the influx of tourism . . . hehe.

Spider Crisis resolved . . . wheew, now I know what men are for, kinda useful sometimes . . . hehe. That was a bit sexist, sorry, my adrenalin levels haven't been this high so early in the morning since I gave birth!

Arobertson . . . aha! I see whats been going on now . . . hehe, looks like I missed a whole lot of fun last night LOL .

PS - The Giant Spider is doing OK in the Park down the street (for those greenies like me amongst us), I didn't let my husband try and kill it . . . :)

PSS - I am normaly OK with Insects unless they're the size of dinner plates, I kinda freak out about that!

You should have kept the Huntsman.
He would have cleaned up any mossies/cockroaches/moths you may have had.
Mice too, if he was as big as you say. :)

To be nitpicky, spiders are not insects. :)

Thanks for your thoughts and praise folks, comitment is easy when you have a reason to try. All I ever really wanted was to see my dear ANZAC Republicans in the top three . . .

Months ago we lost so many members in that 'exodus' . . . it kinda hit a nerve on some level at the time, particularly because they were mostly 'Aussies' who I thought were the main essence of this community with thier great wit and story telling. I don't think I ever giggled so uncontrolably while sitting at a computer just reading before . . . what a gift! :)

Having helped you get into #2 place, I had to go home. I had a great time, maybe I'll come back and stay longer... The ANZACS can take #2 on your own with Jaws on vacation as well. You're only around 100K away and the MWC is even closer.

I think it's great having a fight for 2-4.. should make things interesting again.

Could ANZAC handle the lofty heights of #1 if it was gained in such short notice through a prank? After all, the MWC is a former #1 empire that is used to brief exposures to extreme altitude. ANZAC has never seen #1 by itself. Maybe it would be better to work harder climbing that mountain while also hoping to be the recipient of any Meta prank boons. Of course, you can also hope for getting rich quick the old fashioned way in the Meta: a high ranking, more permanent defector.

I'm just about ready to give up... :( every time we start to ge somewhere ... I just can't take it anymore... I've been staying up till all hours trying to finish a game..
