IP Doesnt Work For Me!!!

ok, i installed icon packager (full version), and i tried to put on the "signs.ip" package. so i figured i jus double click the .ip and it would work. however, it seems that it cant find the icons in the package i guess, so it just uploads the shell32.dll icons in its place. but i went into the icon packager explorer, and all of the indiviual icons DO exist. any ideas????

In IconPackager's dialog, you gotta pick a package and then click apply.

It doesn't seem as simple as that for me either. In Icon Packager, I click on a Theme I like and the Apply button remains inactive until I click on the Load button. Then a preview pops up, I adjust the size icons I want, click close; then I can click onto Apply and then after a few monments, the entire program States "Not Responding". Very frustrating.
