Matrix Theme

I recently downloaded one of the Matrix Themes from the site and it shows the example in some sort of XP theme but I'm not sure what it is. I think the guy who made it is German since the example is in German. What I wanna know is the theme he is using. Whenever I put on the MatrixXP Theme it defaults back to classic. Can someone help me? Heres a link to the Theme and the Preview. If you can tell me that theme hes got that would be wonderful. Thanx
