depending on what mod you have d/l'd put the files in the following folders....

open all zip files first.(create file on desktop or somewhere) this makes it easier.

galciv\mods\data =
.events
coucils
.improvements
.ship
.sbmodule

galciv\mods\data\invtactics =
.invtactics

galciv\mods\upissues =
.upissues

galciv\mods\gfx =
.pcx
