Walthrought for Lightweight Ninja?

Has anybody written a walkthrough for Lightweight Ninja? I was curious to see where all the bonuses are located, in case I miss a few.

It's OK, but nothing special. I may play through each mission once, or I might not.

Actually, I'd been spending more time playing The Corporate Machine, which I had actually bought previously. I was disappointed that there weren't more upgrades (maps, markets, bugfixes). I find "must play entire game at ludicrous speed with no pausing" to be an interesting challenge. (at an easier difficulty, of course)
