Trouble submitting a game

i'm playing GalCiv on a different computer than I usually do, and I think something must have gone wrong when I tried to submit a game. I'm pretty sure I put in the information my information the same way it always was when I submitted it, but it didn't show up with my scores. Any ideas on what I should do? I tried submitting again.

Hmm. If the serial number, e-mail address, and nick name are all identical on both computers when you get to the game submission screen, it should work fine. If double checking all three on both computers turns up no difference, then I am at a loss to explain it with my limited knowledge and I would recommend getting T-Man's attention in this matter. Unfourtunately I won't be able to get to the my own computer until some time next weekend, so I can't double check. I'm pretty sure I know my own name and email address, though, and I copied the serial number right out of the email from Stardock. (It wouldn't make any difference that on this computer i downloaded GalCiv from SDC, and on the other computer i installed it from a retail disc, would it?)

Well, from now on I'll just hold on to the EndGame saves untill I get back to my computer, then maybe see about straightening out this one game. Probably not worth the trouble. I'm not trying to be one of the top players anyway. Thanks for your help.
