Drengin.net ?

I wonder if this is the good forum to ask, but...

Last sunday, I bought a subscription to drengin.net, by upgrading my licence to galciv.
So I get my order number, and a message saying I will receive a mail for my order.

But yet, I received nothing.
Is that ok ? Or was my stardock account stealthily upgraded ?
How should I know ?

When you open stardock central to download a game you can check what you current have by clicking on the word "registration Info" in the bottom right of the software package. In the second tab "games" you will find a number of applications in the drop down box.
If you select "games subscribtion" and a serial number comes up then all is well. if you have just a serial number against galactic civization then the upgrade to drengin.net has not happened.

While you are there you can hit lookup serial number. Enter the email you used to make the order and it will send another email will all serial numbers in it.

I don't believe it does it by stealth

When you order drengin by the net the serial number comes up on the page that you get your order ID on(they do say to print it out)

I also upgraded to Drengin.net on Sunday. I received a confirmation e-mail within about 5 minutes, which contained my drengin.net serial number.

Make sure that any spam filtering software you may have did not automatically hide Stardock's message from you!

They will resend the serial number, all you need to enter is your email address.

And for those upgrading from Galciv to Drengin.net, be sure to not only change the serial number in SDC, but also pull up your own player record, click on your player name, and enter the new Drengin.net serial number in the page that will pop up to link the two numbers together to keep your game scores straight!
