The trend for alot of people has been to start at low levels and gradually work up to a comforatable skill level (if not maso).
So skilled people at normal level doen't make sense to me. If they are skilled then they will go up the to the levels above normal. Or have I total got the the wrong horn of the bull? :notsure:

I'm afraid of no one, if you remember I offered darkspire a place within our empire but he refused. I also offered him luck, because he is going to need it. This is a cutthroat metaverse, the original evil empire struggled to get where we are today but we are here. A single-man evil empire look-a-like will have plenty of problems without us stepping in. Look at it this way:

Well, if someone like Aldar could sit around the Meta as a one-man band for months before gathering a flock, who is to say Darkspire could not do the same? As for the Evil Ones, I do not see them as being primarily afraid of competition; their main complaint seems to be more of someone is "poaching" their empire concept and thus treading too close to their turf.

Anyway, now matter how this little turf war goes, consider this the traditional Gerakken empire-welcoming thread crash. I'll be watching, as always.

I didnt realise they had the copyright on evil. They accept both shades of evil, i dont. I was looking for medium skilled players and above, who were looking to work towards pushing an empire up the lists, whilst watching thier scores and skill grow along with that empire, to discuss stratigies etc. Not to join an empire that was already established and quite high up, wheres the challenge in that?
If the powers that be did enforce the rules of the metaverse im sure i can think of one player that comes under the spotlight for dubious score submissions, *cough* The Dark Lord Assassin *cough* look at that fourth score submission compared to the others, maybe a recount of thier empires scores would be in order?

i dont see anything wrong with The Dark Lord Assassin's scores. he probably updated galciv inbetween game 3 and 4 -which would explain the sudden jump in scores.

The version number is beside the date and the jump in scores correlates to a version change.

Haha, I knew that would come back and bite me in the ass. Hairy's right though, I didn't get Stardock (and the updates) until after my first 3 games. I was a little hesitant to put something else on my already overflowing computer. Remember when the Altarian Prophecy is released the metaverse is going to get a lot more complicated.

To let you know, darkspire, you're right. About the 'very evil-only' and the 'evil-only', if I wasn't in the EVIL EMPIRE (and as high up as I am) would I be accepted into your empire? Just curious to see how the application process goes.

A change of stipulations is not the real defining factor of empires. It's the beliefs behind them, and in this case our empires are both evil entities. So you're more strict with rules, big deal. People aren't going to care so much about rules as they are about how the community within the empire works and feels.

The Dark Lord Assassin: Yes, we have would accepted you.
a. your last submitted score was very evil.
b. your last submitted score was normal.
c. you seem to submit at least once a week.

Thats all i was after , Normal (or better) and very evil. I dont want to tread on any ones toes, (see my first line) im a happy hippy most of the time , i just thought it would be cool, i made my entrance requirments tight so it would NOT affect your empire.
