Titles?

I was just wondering about the different titles and what they mean, like wizop, super wizop, master, and so on. Also sometimes this site seems to be so slow. Is that due to traffic or what. Can I do anything to speed it up..

If you look to the left under resources, click on the About Site and it will be explained for you.

Didn't know there was a super wizop thou.

... as for the site being slow, I think it must have to do with fine tuning the new site.  It has been really slow for me too.

'Slow' is due to a sizeable increase in users accessing the site.  Popularity-wise we must be doing 'something' right...

When I checked in last Sunday morning, we had 5800+ logged in........ it's no wonder things get slow.

I'm an apprentice, but fortunately I have a "Developer" in front of my name. My Dad was "Sir", not me.

RN2004....a developer is a title that an apprentice can select. A scribe is a title that a journeyman can select.

Thank You Essencay
Does this site describe that somewhere? I've looked and looked and looked. And where would I find info on the access levels?
I still want to know what an Avatar access level is. Sounds pretty mystical to me

RN2004 as far as I know there is no Avatar access level. An avatar is the little icon sized picture you see in the upper right corner of many of the posts on the site. Click on My Account under the tabs and you too can upload an image to use as your avatar.
Far as I can remember it has to 70x70 pixels or less.

It will be reduced to 50 x 50, I think.

Can we change our titles yet? If so where is the option?

The Avatar, not Jafo.

OK Now you went and did it. I'm confused. Look up JAFOs profile. It says Access level: Avatar.
Now obviously he's Da Man but I just wondered. I mean he did say " Yes... I am God" of course with some qualifications. LOL
Silly Me

Jafo is an admin. The admins can change their tittle to stuff like "Avatar" and "Scribe" FWIW.

Webster's dictionary says an avatar is 1. "a god's coming down in bodily form to earth. incarnation. 2: any embodiment

Watching out for that lightning bolt....

Jafo is just a wee bit worried about being reduced to 50 x 50.

I'll have to buy a whole new wardrobe....
