I have renewed my subscription to Wincustomize but neither the website or the browser recognizes it. Am I forgetting something?

I did cross-reference and neither one seems to work. Even this page still has the ads and tells me to renew.

SDC says I need a serial number and the email I received says no serial number is necessary.

Just hit 'Look Up Serial Number' in SDC and all your numbers from day 1 will be sent..
