Trading

I read on a post somewhere that all parties recieve the same amount from a trade route, does this mean that if I build the trade monument then everyone not just me gets a 20% bonus to the amount they recieve from my trade routes? Ditto for trade bonuses on the race stats. Or are your trade bonuses applied separately, e.g. a freighter route is worth 20bc a turn, I have a 50% trade bonus and recieve 30BC while the reciever has a 10% trade bonus and recieves 22BC?
