I'm just wondering what the point of joining an empire is?

Is there something in it for me? What exactly is the point? (not trying to sound greedy or any thing :))

By the way, if this post some how was offesive to you, im sorry I did not mean for it to seem like I dont like empires, just wondering what they are about :D

Well... it is a way to talk to other people who share a common love for the game. Some of us like to write stories and it is fun to compete in the Metaverse. Your score adds to the Empire total and your Empire is ranked. Some Empires have themes... like the Jedi Republic :). There is a whole Empire that is dedicated to "Evil" players. Just some of the reasons I like being in an Empire.

Well, Special Forces is full of pretty active players, except for myself and Quack, and we make it up here in the Forums. Stop by our thread and say hello. Warning - be prepared for a small amount of insanity and a large appreciation for alcohol and pointless stories.
