Play some turns. The game crashes

ASSERT ERROR in file g:\projects\pear\source\canvas.cpp at line 1750.

Tryed to start new game: the game crashes again and i got the same Message in the debug file.

updates and patches does not help

Some peopple in the forum has the same problem but i cant find any possibilities to fix this bug...

best wishes...

PS: Sorry for bad english, if possible answer in german

i am glad i can play at all

are higher versions much better?(gameplay)
