Gamespot has been able to confirm the existence of a sexual mini-games in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas without modifying the game at all. Gamespot took it upon themselves to try and prove or disprove the claims by Rockstar that the Hot Coffee mod was adding in new code and not unlocking hidden information as Rockstar claimed.
With the use of a shrink wrapped GTA:SA, Action Replay Max cheat device and the Hot Coffee codes from a tech-blog site Gamespot was indeed able to unlock the sexual mini-game without altering anything at all. This spells trouble for Rockstar who claimed that " hackers created the 'Hot Coffee' modification by disassembling and then combining, recompiling and altering the game's source code."
The hot water is going to rain on Rockstar with everyone from the ESRB to Hilary Clinton to Jack Thompson to the man who started the whole controversy weeks ago, Leland Yee.
