anyone know this skin ? It doesn't look like any XP skin i've seen before... if it is, anyone know the name of it / where i can get it ?

It's one of the many many many many many many many many InspiratVistahornOSX clones out there. That one looks like it might be an MSstyle.

that skin looks like one i have for Styler, which i have installed on my notebook - but went back to widnow blinds and am only using the toolbar part instead of the full skin pack. and yes, it is inspiratSE by Stefanka
