I think this has to be the hardest
Thing I've ever written about
The very thought of it,
I just can't stand it

And I can never forgive myself

So I guess there's no more baking cookies
No more hiding from you upstairs
And no more singing songs from your book

I remember all those times
Like the ones when Matthew and I would sneak a piece of candy
Or remember that time when Matthew broke that lamp

I hope you know that I love you very much
And now that you're up there with Papa
Tell him how much I love him too
I will always now and forever miss you
