Starship bonus from event not working ?

Hi,

I got the event for pirates, smugglers or whatever on a planet. Co-operation gives a hefty ~50% bonus to starship quality. Doesn't seem to work. I've got two games with two planets each with this event. Nothing happening. HP are not affected, but neither are attack and defense. After building a shipyard the planet details show +70% (+55% event + 15% shipyard), but I've calculated and tested that the bonus is exactly 15%. So the shipyard is working but the event is not.

Anyone else have this problem ?

What version are you using?

This problem was present in early versions (and Stardock were aware of it) but should have been fixed. Maybe it's only fixed in the xpack beta?

Upgrade to 1.05, if you can. It's been in release status for a while, and I'm pretty sure this works correctly there.
