Ship status in the ship list is not being updated in some cases.

If a ship's status is changed from manual to autopilot the status change does not appear on the ship list until the ship's entry in the llist is clicked or until the next turn. (This is the only status change I have exercised so far.)

Another case of a ship's status not being changed in the ship list: pressing the space key to end a ship's manual movement does not change the ship's move points to 0.
