Whenever i open Thememanager i get the following error: Failed to load ODZip.dll Please reinstall application to correct this problem

I have reloaded the app multiple times, i have no clue why i am recieving this. I am using the latest version also.

SDC? Star Dock Central?

Should i just uninstall that or every application? I have already uninstalled/reinstalled both thememanager and winblinds.
