Planet Saturn -- sometimes with rings / sometimes without

In trying different starting abilities and political parties, I noticed sometimes Saturn has her rings and sometimes she doesn't. Don't know why this is inconsistent.

just ignore it Rmb that the system responisble for that of which you speak of is based on random systems...

She should always have rings, jsut sometimes they may be so small, and saturn so big, that they're invisible.  This is a definatly cosmetic bug that well put on our to-do list.
