Weird widget start-up problem

I'm having problems with some widgets on startup, it seems like it's the more complicated ones. When I boot my computer I used to have GT3 calendar, recycle bin, cpu meter, weather, and k-clock2 start, and they all started fine except GT3 weather and calendar. I had to clear the cache and restart them almost everytime I booted my computer or else the GT3 weather widget wouldn't display right when I expanded it, and neither would GT3 calendar. Eventually I got tired of it and decided to switch around my desktop so now I have k-clock2, clear calendar, and core weather on start-up, but then when I started my computer today core weather didn't start right either and I had to clear the cache and restart it. It's incredibly annoying, so can anybody help me? Am I missing something?

Which version of DesktopX and which version of Windows (including service packs) are you running? Is the issue consistent?

Desktop X 3.10.042 and Windows XP SP2, sorry, I probably should have had that in the OP. It seems to happen almost everytime I boot windows, sometimes not for some reason. I also have an issue where jscript.dll likes to become unregistered for some reason, I dunno if they're related. They don't seem to correlate though.

Are you running the objects as widgets (by executing them directly and setting the properties to run at startup), or as objects imported into the DesktopX runtime (by importing them from the DesktopX menu)?

What other programs are starting when you boot? I know I've had problems sometimes with my av software not starting correctly when DesktopX or ObjectDock were set to auto-start.

Have you tried leaving the widgets off until booting is complete and then running them?

They're widgets, and I have tons of stuff running when I boot, I can try running them after I boot some time.

Here's an attempt at listing what runs when I boot:
WindowBlinds 4.6
iTouch logitech software
uGuru
Stardock Central
APC Windows PowerChute
Keyboard Launcher
Bluetooth
ObjectDock Plus
EarthView (Earth active wallpaper)
Norton Internet Security
HotSync Manager
ATI Catalyst thing
RightClick
and some adobe and office quick start things

And btw, some computer specs - AMD Athlon 64 3500+, ATI Radeon 9200 128mb, 1 gb ram, A-bit AV8 motherboard, and to be more specific Windows XP Professional SP2

I know there are issues with ObjectDock and my video card, but I don't think this can be attributed to that, at least it doesn't seem like that to a person with absolutely no experience.

In the future, you can give us a list of your startup items by running <this program> I just wrote.  I'm going to forward your issue to the developers and see if anything can be done to help alleviate your problem.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling DesktopX?

Just a suggestion...you might want to rename that batch file to something else. "Startup.bat" is pretty common and may cause a few overwrites if downloaded to root directories.

Although this file can be "run" rather than "saved" and it will generate an output file on your desktop regardless.

Well, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling DesktopX and I thought maybe that fixed it since it seemed that Core Weather didn't have the errors anymore, but when I tried using GT3 weather and GT3 calendar again it went back to the same errors. I also tried starting them up after windows starts rather than automatically with windows and that didn't seem to make a difference. Core weather seems to be acting better, it seems right now that my only problems are with GT3 weather and GT3 calendar.

I had problems with GT3 Weather and Calendar, this was months ago when I first bought OD. I think it's the objects themselves that are having the problem. My 2cents.
