Cannot download from Stardock Central

Help,
I tried updating my programs from Stardock Central and it brought up a window saying that the installation failed and it created a log. I assumed that it was because I have only 10 days left before my subscription expired (Though it shouldn't be since I should have access to all downloads until the expiration date), however, since I was planning to update anyways, I went ahead and renewed. However, the error keeps coming up. I cannot install any updates for any programs.
One more thing, when the message comes up it gives me my subscription information with the old subscription date. I updated SC subscription information and it shows correctly there with my 2004 date. But the message keeps coming up with 2003. What gives?
