Free icon changer utility

For any of you lot that doesn't have IconPackager allready but would like a free utility to tweak the look of your icons systemwide you can try IconTweaker. I haven't tried it my self, but it look pretty neat. It features a theme format defined in XML. It also got a plugin system that allows you to broaded the amount of icons you can customize.

Competitors? Wincustomize might be funded by Stardock, but it is a community site for skinning.

It's fine to post things that are competitive with Stardock.  WinCustomize is a skinning site first.

Yeah. It don't seem that stardock is afraid of a little competition anyway.

Few programs skins hosted here is actually programs that is made by competitors of stardock's own too.
