Nice to not lose sleep over the small stuff... I like the diplomatic capital idea, especially if it is part of an overall diplomatic-strategy focused game (of mooching off AI and preoccupying it with other AI players)

Gotta love variable mismatches, i end up raging when i do something like that, glad to see you can still make a joke at this stage of development:)
