Reply to Bug reporting procedures needed in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

It appears it wasn't the patch that caused the problem. I reinstalled the game then played for around a hour wih no problems, then the game crashed to desktop. Now once again the game will not launch, it goes to a black screen and stops responding imeadiately. Reinstalling it once again and will let you know what happens. System is: T-Bird 1100 Via chipset with newest 4 in 1 drivers Geforce 3 newest drivers 256 meg 133 sdram Soundblaster Live Plat newe

Bug reporting procedures needed in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Could you run down how we should report bugs and exactly how smart exception is supposed to work? I downloaded the beta last night and launched it just long enough to check out the interface, today I downloaded the patch and the game won't launch. Goes not responding almost imediately.
