Fedmahn, I aplogize for being a bit rude but due to some bad folks with cracked copies of WB came across for asking help on the same issue. Generally it is like who has purchased a product, is listed as "Current/Past Customer" and those without any products bought are listed as "Visitor." I am really really sorry again
If some guys have the same thing as me : I bought WB after having tested different visual enhancement tools and it seems Y'z Shadow and WB are not what you could call friends.
