I remember there used to be a util. which resets the passwords for NT/2000/Xp ... but unable to recall the name you can head-over to www.winternals.com and see if their software fullfil your needs ... they are bit costy but really work like a charm

It is a known problem and skins with per-pixel boarders face it. To use this function properly you will have to enable " never use per-pixel boarders on a skin" from SystemMenue in WB Config window ..
