Michael I had same question. One day, T-Man told me the difference between USER LEVEL and ACCESS LEVEL. Both are differnt things. User Level is devided into 4 parts: visitors (1), members (2), Old Subscribers (3), and Subscriber (4). While ACCESS LEVELS are: Citizen (1), Apprentice (2), Master Apprentice (3), Journeymen (4), Master (5), Moderator (6), Administrator (6). According to this your USER LEVEL is 3 and ACCESS LEVEL is 3 too. In past only those persons could make their WC Home
