... I could have SWORN that those who have been arrested previuosly don;t have to get Miranda recited because they should know by now what it is... or was that some TV show thing? He was in the system before right? Why wouldn't he know about his right to remain silent? Prision record in the past? I thought child molestors are tracked even after serving their time?

Watching Live 8 on the web was way better than on TV and you could really feel the pulse of the crowd and uncut proformances. You can watch it again on AOL's website. Just go to my blog for the links: esourcemagazine.com

9/11 and Iraq has no direct connection from what I know. Now that doesn't mean we should have not gone into Iraq, but 9/11 was not caused by Iraq. Iraq, unlike any nation in the world, even North Korea and Iran, has totally disobeyed about 16 security council orders after the first war in Iraq was supposed to make them honor them. I don’t think their is any country in the world that lost a war and totally disregarded the peace treaty.

Might be a registary thing... maybe going to a pre-install date on your computer will help. Use system restore. And make sure you don't have any spyware or adware on your computer.

I just don't see this as the proper use of congress or the constitution. Banning gay marriage was one, now this? I don't like the flag being burned... it disturbs me a lot, but making a law that says you can't burn it because it is the US flag seem a bit rediculous. What if I was trying to say something? What if someone was just protesting something? I also find it funny to say World Trade Center people who died would want this passed...

very interesting. I was coming home from work one night/early morning and a kid through a bottle at a homeless person sleeping on the floor. Just because I guess. I could tell that a couple of them were bullies... not sure why I think that... maybe the way they were wlking or talking... I just found it very interesting that this kid, no more than 16, can put down a person for being homeless when the only reason he is

Firstly, people have made jobs out of their hobbies. Don't let money corrupt the way you think about a hobby; if you can make money doing something you love to do then go for it. I am sure their are people who love to sing or play music but also want to make money from it as well. I like/love technology, but I also know it will be a career that will pay in 2 ways: my own business/contract work and as an employee for some company.

staduim = stadium.. Also... just wondering how exaclty would some projects like transportation, building projects and such get built if there is no way to reclaim the land? I wonder if this taking of land is just that i.e. we take it and don't pay you for it (with interest and a small profit)? Are they just taking land and just saying get off of it without paying for you to move, buying you land from you, and giving you a reasonable p

I came across a site a few days ago, but I think I seen it before. Now after seeing this site, I thought to myself this is exactly what I want. Not only people archiving text snippet from things on the net in their blogs, but now you can save links, share them, and not only search through them, but see what is popular. Save This is more advanced than

don't forget to tell them if they are true Muslim's that they should have memorized the book. That would be the second reason. And I do think they would get away with it, although I am not sure why go through all the bad PR.

I never thought about Google hosting websites. That would make perfect sense. In a way, they would do what a lot of host companies do (including Yahoo) by providing most services that a web designer or owner would need from starter kits to advertising to shopping cart and certified payment services. Plus, blogging would also be easier too... interesting...

Well, sounds like she in for some trying times ahead. One thing I know for sure is this: Its never to late to try to succeed. In the US there is a lot of oppertunity and since she is on welfare, she should use THAT oppertunity to make something of herself. There are trade schools like Licoln tech, Gibbs and others that will give her a education without the stigma of memorization of history notes and math problems she won't use. P

Great arguments! I think that punishment based on income can only happen if there is some type of conclusion that rich people tend to speed more than anyone else. If there is some conclusion that they do so, then I am for the percentage fine increases. Otherwise, a rich person not caring about paying 100 dollars and more in insurance or being able to hire a lawyer is irrelevant (might not be fair, but...) This is why people want to be

After all of this... I'll stay in NY thank you. I went to NH a few times and I made a u-turn on a street that was pretty enpty and people looked at me like I was burning a cross. Also in NH, you won't dare drive while someone is still in the crosswalk no matter if the light is green or not. ... no I don't have a car, I had to rent one to go to a school to study a biulding for my Architectural class.
