Guys this is my honest opinion. I do not think Firefox has to be totally skinned. Having the icons skinned is enough in my opinion. The OS takes care of the rest. If you have windowblinds then its even better. this is what I get so far from limited playing around with the thing, does anybody see something different?
Paint Shop pro is cool. There are some free image program, just search the net for them. (or better yet, just search the forum here for them or use Google to search the site for this topic) Also give Corel Draw a shot. It works great ith icons (so does Adobe Illistrator but that is pretty expensive)
