The race seems to be on for the Vice Presidential candidate. Unlike past elections, where most candidates for President have announced their choice for the #2 on the ticket at the conventions, this year's compressed schedule has left the time necessary to make a prudent choice in advance. And it could work to their advantage. Past races have made the issue of the relevance of the V.P.

also, one more quick one,,,another method that works at least domestically (Sam never tried internationally witht his) is to get a carton of cigarettes before you leave. carefully open the carton in a way that you will be able to re-glue the carton later. take out the cigarette packs and trade 1 full one for an empty one...if you want to really be safe,,,buy an extra single pack (the guy at the counter may look at you funny, but it's not illegal to do)
