Playing as Tauri, Normal speed. I manage to colanise a few planets then it crashes and produces a mini dump. I just tried playing using the dev.exe and a mini dump was produced and sins just closed after that, there wasn't any option to debug it.

I've also been getting minidumps (I wasn't playing using the dev.exe). Would it be helpful if I sent them to you?

I found that opening up SE will give you a list of crashes it records (got lots of other apps thats crased recorded) so select the DA crash you want to report and press the email selected application button. That just the way I send my crash reports.

Happened with several stars but most were fine. Edit: Ah I am a fool as I spend most of my time zoomed out I didn't notice that low class planets like class 2 look the same as class 0...

Yes this is a very good idea. Many times I wish that I could make the AI more intelegent in the middle of the game to give myself abit of a challenge when I will definately win.

Yeah this was a great feature in Galciv, I loved being able to get alien moral low then wiping them out. It should just be like a "Destabilise Empire" slider, like the sliders that allow you to adjust military production etc...

Thanks for giving me the idea to do this I've just downloaded SD central on my vista machine and will have to wait a while to download Galciv2 the only problem is I just about get vista running on a gfx card with 64 MB of memory so I only hope Galciv2 will work if not ill try installing Galciv1.

I feel bad for you and all the problems you've had but I've never experienced them. I just payed for GC2 and downloaded it - no problems what so ever. As for SDC I think it looks quite basic but I find it easy to use and easy to find things. The only problem I have is that SDC keeps asking me to update to windows blinds 4.60 but never does . As I don't know much about your problem I hope you
