I've kept track of my ranking on here and in the last month or so it's gone down! At one time I was up to 190 or so now I'm at 207. I don't think I'm writing anymore infrequently. What I beleive is happening is that more and more people are using joeuser.com So I'm competing against more people. Example say joeuser.com had 500 users then if I was in

It turns out that the math department at ucdavis gives you space for a website so I'm making use of it. I can finally have a central place to keep all of my 3D graphics projects and games so that people can access them. Anyways go check it out I just posted a simple ray tracing engine that I wrote. I still have a lot of features to add to the ray tracer. In o

I turned in my intro to abstract math homework yesterday. I didn't find the homework too hard it was just about right. I took a quiz in analytically mechanics today. I think he made it a little to easy but some people still didn't get correct. Overall I'm not finding UC Davis to be too hard but I'll see how I do on the exams. The quality of students is definetly highe

I turn my first homewok for Intro to Abstract Math tomarrow I'll see how I do on it. So far I'm enjoying all my classes. None of them seem too difficult. And I'm so glad that the classes will hopefully be harder and I hope the teachers will cover some of the more advanced material. It's really cool that I'm only ten minutes away from class so I can be the clasic

I would give Kerry a slight edge. In the closing arguments Bush blinked too often and should of been shorter when his point was simple. I feel that Bush was too repetative on some of the issures. I enjoyed the debate. This will be the first election that I will participate in as a voter!

I got a job monitoring the computer lab in the Computer Science department at UC Davis. This is really cool for me because the hours are just right Sunday 10am-6pm and it's doing something relaxing just monitoring the lab so hopefully when it's not busy I can do my homework and program. The only bad thing is it's only $6.75 an hour but that the price I pay

My dad was getting ansy to get a new PC so he decided we should buy the parts and build it ourselves. So our journey commensed. I went with my mom to Fry's to get the motherboard, memory, cpu and hard drive. I choose a P4 2.4Ghz for the cpu and a ECS motherboard and 256 megs of memory. The total was $112 dollars for the cpu and motherboard because they were

At Link there is a great video on how totalitarian the unverisity admistration is in the United States. It is sad how our institutions that are supposed to be places of free thinking are now stifling any deviation of thought from the politically correct view. </font

I realized over time that it doesn't work being the nice guy. I still act nice to strangers and aquintinces but inside I don't feel that way. I've become more self centered. I really like spending time by myself. I don't enjoy interacting with people that much anymore mostly I think whats the point I see goodbye in a week a month a year and it all won't matter. I was

Well I've been holding back my true thoughts on the internship at the Lawence Berkeley Lab. It really didn't go that well most of the code I wrote will not be used and I never really connected with my main project.

My mom dad and I are going to Mount Rainer the week after next which I'm really looking forward to. Next summer I'm going to try and get a intership at UC Davis mainly because

We had the Lawarence Berkeley Lab Poster event today. This is where all the undergraduate interns present their posters. They had a big room where you would velcro you poster to the poster boards and people would walk around and hopefully ask you questions about your poster. I think my poster was pretty good I had about 5 or 6 people ask me questions about it of cours

Reading peoples blogs today at joeuser.com I found out that Sir Peter Maxwell had created a website for disillusioned joueser.com bloggers. I've seen this before at vbforums.com A group of people don't like the adimistration at the old site. They then create a spinoff site that may or may not be succesfull. In my experince this only happens when you have a site th
