UPDATE: I don't know how many of you that go to my school know this, but Randall Miller Jr. was caught early this morning at around 12:15am. He was seen in a vehichle and was chased by state highway patroll troops unitll he was stuck in a field, in which he got out and started running untill he was finally caught. They think that Randy was killed at sometime around 4-4:45 and he was pronounced dead at 5:00 at Berger Hospital in Circleville. I
