Check out this tutorial by Cordelia - Logon Tutorial There are other tutorials on the right hand side of that page. At the top of each download section there is a link to the program you need to load the items. For Window Blinds you need WindowBlinds, for DesktopX themes you need DesktopX installed, etc. etc.

ObjectDesktop is where the programs are downloaded from. It is not a program and therefore cannot be installed or un-installed as such. A lot of the programs within the ObjectDesktop section have been updated to new versions. These programs (WindowBlinds, IconPackager, etc. etc.) do not need to be uninstalled prior to updating.

ObjectDock Plus is a separate purchase from Object Desktop. There is a free version called ObjectDock that will also work with the exception of tabbed docks and can be downloaded here - ObjectDock Link Hope this helps you.

So actually it was uninstalling StyleXP that fixed the problem and not just re-starting your computer. Would help others to get the "whole" story and not just bits and pieces.

Bebi, The latest build is (build 73 x86) dated 2006/7/14 and can be found in SDC by adding a check mark to "Show pre-release versions". Thry this one out to see if your issues are resolved.
