The mush they ate on the Nebuchadnezzar in "the Matrix" was actually in fact Farex rice cereal - it had to be - gee no wonder Elana hates it - I'm convinced - she's okay with the texture cause just to test i made it the same consistency as her milk using her milk and she still hated it. Well in Australia 18 is the legal age for everything. So 21 isn't that bigof deal unless I decided to visit USA or elsewhere where the legal age is 21 - but it's still pointless for me because I don't drink. smoke or take drugs. (I don't have an aversion to alcohol as such - I only drink things I like the smell of and the only akcoholic drink I like the smell of so far is Midori combined with lots of lemonade.)

Karma-she'll be 6months on the 6th june. karma/dally/dhama - thanks for your insight yeah i think she is just trying to get used to texture but it smells gross so i wouldnt blame her if she wasn't a fan. We'll just keep plodding on and look towards a couple weeks time when we can try other mushes.

Dharma - why would you want to saddle another cat with that name??!?!? I guess since she was a pedigree cat she lived in a nice neighbourhood with her first owners but her second owners lived in riverview which is a slum and then one mile which is lower/middle class suburbia.

Thanks MJ - but it wasn't so bad - Nick did all the cooking and preparing for yesterday. That's our deal he cooks and I clean. The bad thing was the amount of washing up 20 plates, 20 bread plates knives forkes glasses, bowls, serving dishes, etc and you can't just use one lot of dishwater - so i filled emptied and refilled the sink 5 times after drying up and puting away. But I was done before 10am and I haven't done anything since - I'm

Today Elana had her second taste of solids - and she likes rice cereal about as much as I like zucchini.
