I see the problem. This is an ObjectDock Icon image. I use a similar method to SD's where in your example I leave the square cutout selected and then create a new layer above the selection and use "Edit>Stroke", this will apply the stroke to the selection only. At the end of a project, I just use the method of: Click once outside canvas to clear all selections > select top layer > hit Ctrl+A to select all on top layer > hit Ctrl+Shift+C to copy merged > Ctrl-click first layer to select
MrFixxiT, Sounds like a skin issue, or some sort of wallpaper resolution issue is forcing the default size to me, although I have not heard of this one before. You might try a skin that has substyle specifically for "Double Taskbar" and run it for a while to see if the issue arises again. I use "neOS" by danilloOc, and it has a double taskbar substyle and is an excellent stable skin. I am sure there are other skins if this on
As a side note to using "My Pictures" in XP - you may find that you want to create a few folders to hold images - because every .bmp, .jpeg, and .png that is in the "My Pictures" folder will show up in the Display Properties list and this list can get rather long for such a small dialog box. Keeping images that you don't want to use as a wallpaper in folders inside of "My Pictures" will keep them from being part of the Display Properties list
ieatfish, You can drag items (icon image links) from dock to dock, unless you have the new "Drag Locking" function selected. You need to hover the item over the dock for a couple seconds until it is recognized and you are able to release mouse button and have the item stay in it's new location. I have not played around with the Flyout Menus enough to offer any possible ways to add files to those. If I find a solution, I will stop drop

The second set of instructions does seem a bit confusing. Here is what I know for Rainlendar: The skin should be in one folder which bears the name of the skin (i.e., cabal). Inside this folder there should be some images, a file with the .ini extension and perhaps a font file or two depending on what the author has used. Okay, this gives us the skin in folder. We need to get this folder into the "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\
