Reboot into safe mode (Win 9x, 2000) and run the scan. It should be able to access and fix/delete the files then. If you are in WinXP, click Start, Run and type msconfig and hit enter. On the General tab select Diagnostic startup and click OK. It will ask you to reboot. When the system comes back, Run the scan and fix the files. After the files are fixed, rerun the msconfig and select normal startup and reboot. I highly recommend AVG. I use AVG Pr
