Just curious how did you fellow JU users end up here. I found this place by mean coincidence. I use to hang out at this other site that I found where they had a section with tech news and sorts to post about. I found it entertaining to chat without using a chat program (good when you at work and can't install anything on the PC) and being able to express myself about topics I liked. I did how ever ended up leaving cause one of the users who was also a

Well here in the Caribbean I believe it is GMT-4 Caracas, La Paz. I don't have day time sayings and that sucks when you have satelite. In January I'm watching 2 episodes of Start Trek TNG between 4 and 6 PM and now I'm watching only 1 episode between 4 and 5 PM cause the previous episode is now at 3 PM and I'm still working. But Since I hardly sleep and if I had internet at home, chances are I would be able to chat with most people in here since I would most likely be awake and here whe

Just curious as to how much longer could it be before I can access my blog. I keep getting the "JU is still under maintanence" message. Just wondering, no rush.

Oh and Charles, like the others said our comments were directed at Gene who feels your commets on anything military should not count since you did not serve, contrary to what those of us that did feel. We feel your comments do count. SO I take no offense at what you said, actually just the opposite. It shows Gene his is an idiot.

Our comments weren't directed at you or any one else who hadn't been in the military Charles. They were made in regards to the col saying that if someone hadn't been in the military they should STFU. No, I know, I know. I just wanted to make one like you guys but since I'm not in the military I had to d

One day I met a sweet gentleman and fell in love. When it became apparent that we would marry, I made the supreme sacrifice and gave up beans. Some months later, on my birthday, my car broke down on the way from work. Since I lived in the countryside I called my husband and told him that I would be late because I had to walk home. On my way, I passed by a small diner and the odour of bak

Daddy's Gonna Eat Your Fingers" This one is for all of you who: a) have kids b) had kids c) was a kid d) know a kid! As I was packing for my business trip, my 3-year old daughter was having a wonderful time playing on the bed. At one point, she said.... "Daddy look at this," and stuck out two of her fingers. Trying to keep her entertained, I reached out and stuck her tiny fingers in my

I personally don't buy that whole Home entertainment center thing. A game console should be just that, with some nifty features but all in all a game console first and foremost. It seems that advertising it as a replacement to a dedicated Home Entertainment System is a really bad idea. All you need is for the Laser to burn out, CD tray to break or something like that and there goes $500 of entertainment System down the drain, I prefer a separate system that I can fix or change individually and I

Oop's I put this in the wrong category, my bad. #1 by Texas Wahine Wednesday, May 10, 2006 I agree with the clips thing. They do show more of the movie parts of the game and less about the gameplay itself. But I have seen some of the Xbox 360 games and man they do look sweet. I however lik

Now this is a great article. This is proof that no country is without it's faults, even one as great as the US. We are not a perfect society, but compared to thers, we can be considered a shining like at the end of a tunnel. Great job MM, couldn't have socked it to the greenbean any better.

System is going crazy. Maybe it's a good thing, they say repetition is the key to success, though it doesn't work for Col. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/Laugh.gif" border=0 ALIGN=

The Good that has come out of Iraq compared with the harm is the problem. No, it's what you consider a problem. The real problem is that people like you only focus on the bad and ignore the good. You think the bad outweighs the good, it's probably true, but to ignore any good at all and only report on t

This AM on my Web Site was another story that said groups of Iraqi people are forming defense squads to protect themselves from the Police that are conducting execution style killings. Two days ago 43 we found shop in the back of the head. These are the police WE ARE TRAINING. The people are so fearful on them they are turning to

According to E3insider.com, the long awaited Playstation 3 will finally make its debute in stores in November. But I advize extreme caution, you wallet and bank account will feel the pain when you find yourself shoving out between $500 and $600 for either the 20 GB or the 60 GB systems. Last time I spent that much money I bought a PC that could do more than play games, play music and watch movies. I mean, you have to be a super console gamer
