It wasn't anything complicated, since very little of it was original. All I did was edit and mix elements already within Austerity, along with some of my favorite elements from the Tiny Cordillera skin, while using Whistler 3.5 as the base. I don't know enough about coding to do a skin completely from scratch.

I use LiteStep as an explorer shell replacement (LiteStep is a Stardock product) and absolutely love the Austerity theme (default). I finally found some very nice matching icons to use with my custom edits to the theme files. I sarted working on a macthing Austerity skin for Trillian yesterday. I worked all day on it and got about 90% done, but I accidentally lost it today..
