Well said yourself, life happens. Since we have been given the gift of choice, wouldn't it be wonderful if we would all just choose not to be touchy. Chiprj, Don't feel alone in not always having a handle on your anger. It can erupt so suddenly that it often takes us by surprise and we may not have the presence of mind to deal with it sanely. I am glad that I can still feel it. I know that I am still alive!
