Heard an interesting theory from a friend of mine. He thinks that this world is the afterlife of a life previously lived but not remembered. I must have done something appalling. All i know is that my workplace is hot enough to be hell, and the pay ain't that great either. I wonder if the real hell has minimum wage?

It is a crushing experience to have to earn your “bread”. To suffer and swelter in a take away shop knowing that your life is absent, deserting itself and leaving it to fight the hordes that come in, day in and day out, by itself, unsure and frightfully angry. I try to convince myself that I am, in fact, a student. I am enrolled at university and this must

Supernova's are devastatingly clumsy events. They implode because they no longer belong in this world and they take so much of it with them. They illuminate so much because of their decision to make that last, dramatic exit. Traces are left when we decide. Your decision illuminates. I guess that's my point

super novas come about only once in a thousand years and they only travel on thin filaments of light, illuminating the minute hand of a clock that measures something more than time. How far have you travelled?

Something wicked this way comes, shrouded in a nun's habit with a hyena's tongue, offspring of angel and demon combined, I smell lust written in a straight line This smells of musk and poetry (a potent combination. the best combination) It feels like dirt under the fingernails of clean fingers

She says “but I’m not” and it’s not always affected. Sometimes, maybe all the time, she really means this “but I’m not”, and you can imagine her looking into the mirror, her mouth turned the wrong way around and thinking this, pre-empting you with that ready fabricated phrase – “but I’m not”. Perhaps it is that we are to generous with such words – beautiful

Thanks Mack. Necessary info. I killed my eyes just trying to edit. First time and rookie frustration has set in. CityRail spends most of its time sucking it's own balls (if it has any, and judging by its PR strategy, it hasn't), but thanks for the comment. A welcome is always nice.

We are not the benign sun worshippers that grace the pages of magazines, nor the marginal wannabes that we often think ourselves to be. Through necessity our memories are short, as our memories have such a fallow field and usually belong to far distant and illustrious others. Cook is more remembered for his inglorious death than his accidental discovery. We

I seem to have understood this article even though i am at the green, smoky age age of 27. Don't thow me on the fire yet, I'll get in your eyes and throat, irritation all round. If mignuna throws away the reigns, it will never be forgiven, but i don't think that she thinks she ever held any. It was a mark of respect for youth, for its nuclear energy, its sweep and generalisation, something she is no longer capable of given her experience and character

Yay, I get here first. Your writing could be the distillation of those years. A fine malt, refined and warm on the tongue (ahem... ears), a tumbling undertone of all those things that lay beneath the lines. I like seeing through the veil of fine black print. I feel dazzled and it's not the screen and it's radiation. I think it could be you looking at a screen getting me to look at myself looking at you. I hope you know who this is otherwise nausea and
