What skin are you using. Maybe it a problem in them.
Simple one. Unistall SP2 and Bootskin. Try installing Bootskin First then SP2. If success, cool! if not try the other way arround

if you have inernational weather objects. it is possiable. btw, which country are you from.
DOwnload load a file say *******.wba . Save it on your System. double Click it to install. soon a popup will show in the notification area saying that the blind is installed.
My printer prints out whatever is on the screen by using the PrintScr-button, Thats what I thaught. I dont have a printer but the Button has a printer Icon on it. Then its just a genral guess that it will print the screen.
