I gather that you maybe using DesktopX, if this is the case, you need to know that some themes for this program somehow disable the right-clicking of the mouse (actually it works, but you cannot see it), try changing the theme and see if that works <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 AL

The file you have is probably a .bootskin file, this is actually a .zip file renamed and will not directly load into a paint program, is is used solely for the Bootskin program, and can only be imported into that program. Get it here >> http://storage.stardock.com/files/bootskin_free.exe You can if you wish, unzip with another program, but once imported into the Bootskin program it will be
