Helen, sometimes thing like that happen in the chatrooms, about 6 people disappeared at the same time, (I think it was a mass-breakout, they dug a tunnel I believe) so not to worry, it happens. If you installed a Logon screen without the program LogonStudio, then it was a hacked ntoskrnl and you should not have used this.
