If they are seperate icons then you can import each one into Iconpackager and save as an Icon Theme, well that's what I believe though I have never tried it.

You need WindowBlinds for any skin to work, When the "Download" word is clicked the skin will then be plaved in the correct directory ready to work with WindowBlinds.
