I realise that I didn't pick the best example, but what I meant was that you can do something in one country that might be illegal in another, but since your country has no laws against it, nobody can do anything about it. Look past the shooting thing, that was just an example.
Oops. Sorry I didn't mean that. My internet has been playing up lately for some reason. I think it's something about my ISP's proxy server, since changing servers seemes to fix it for a while, then it goes back to how it was in the first place.

It's not illegal to copy someone's product, especially if you think you can do a better job of it than the first ones to make it. Still, that said, I wouldn't be surprised if it was ripped from WB. And some of the prices are ridiculous (spelling jafo?). $41 (American $, I'm guessing) for 19 skins that look like sh*t and could easily be replicated via WB for free.

SmartButtons are found in a variety of WB skins. usually the author will tell you in the description of the skin on the page, but if he/she hasn't, there might still be some there. The skin I'm using at the moment (Win2k Extended) has them, if you're really desperate to find out what they are. I can't really help you on that OB question, because I'm using Explorer.
