I've noticed this jumping as well, particularly when I've just downloaded and applied a new blind. It seems to happen when I have the yahoo or google toolbars running...disabling and re-enabling them fixes it, 'til the next D/L
I found Windowpaper, it only adds a wallpaper to a single folder, and as an option it can add wallpaper to the folders in that folder, but not those inside them. Not ALL of them as far as i can tell, if you select the apply to all sub-folders, you should also get walls in them as well...haven't
Spinal...Windowpaper XP v1.01 by Sodabush adds walls to folder backgrounds and is freeware. Sorry, I don't have a link for you, but a google search should turn it up for you. Used in conjunction with Glass2k, which adds transparency and is also freeware, it adds quite a nice effect. Have fun.

But then when the same TM tries to apply the suite, it looks in wincustomize/logonstudio/, and gives an error. It should be smart enough to look in the same place that it stored the files. As far as I understand it, when you download a suite, the individual components still go to their respective fold
